Description

This activity includes all aircraft ground handling operations. 

The agent is responsible for:

  • Bulk and mechanised loading and unloading of baggage and cargo on aircraft using specific machinery and equipment
  • Aircraft Marshalling and Ramp Hand Signals
  • Ramp Communications between Ground and Cockpit crew
  • Aircraft Pushback

The following training as required by the regulations is carried out before starting the course:

  • Security 11.2.6.2 (badge)
  • Security 11.2.3.8
  • Driver’s license in the traffic areas (if necessary)
  • Dangerous Goods Regulations Cat.8 IATA
  • Human factors
  • Airside Safety
  • Musculoskeletal Disorders Prevention (MSD)
  • Fire Fighting (PPE)

  • Aircraft towing with towbar/towbarless

Training can be provided on any type of aircraft.

Description

The Load Control - Traffic Agent coordinates aircraft turn-around. He prepares the Loading Instructions Report (LIR) and calculates aircraft weight and balance. This is one of the crucial roles in ensuring smooth aircraft turnaround.


The training includes:

Load Control Procedures - Load Planning - Weight and Balance calculation - Checking and Finalization of the Loadsheet.
Introduction to Air Operations
Introduction to Meteorology
ALTEA Flight Management FM (Optional)

 

The following training, as required by the regulations, is carried out before starting the course:

  • Security 11.2.6.2 (badge)
  • Security 11.2.3.8
  • Driver’s license in the traffic areas (if necessary)
  • Dangerous Goods Regulations Cat.10 IATA
  • Human factors
  • Airside Safety
  • Musculoskeletal Disorders Prevention - (Gestures and postures)
  • Fire Fighting (PPE)

Tutoring

To validate this theory training, we can provide hands-on practical tutoring. Various aircraft types can be covered.

Description

The Passenger handling agent is in charge of receiving and informing passengers, for whom he is the principal point of contact. He is also responsible for passenger and baggage Check-in as well as Boarding and Disembarkation operations.

The training includes:

    Welcome Agent
    Check-in and boarding
    Awareness for people with disabilities and reduced mobility
    Conflict management
